Anderson Air Cooling & Heating did the installation in March, 2020. When I changed from A/C to heat, the unit made a terrible noise. I called Anderson Air Cooling & Heating. I got same day service(in fact, 2 young gentlemen arrived an hour early). After eliminating other possible causes, it turned out to be an air flow problem that was easily and also quickly fixed.

today was my second call with Anderson air and they are amazing. they were out here last year to do a flush and this year they had to replace my fan. when I called I was expecting no one till maybe later in the week but no, they had someone out here this morning, and I was expecting to not have it replaced right away and no I was wrong again it was replaced this same day. courteous, professional, hard working and very informative. and I had the same gentleman from my first service call. thank you so much for such amazing service. I would recommend Anderson to anyone who needs heating and cooling needs.

I have used Anderson Air since 2000 when they put in my new unit. Yesterday I needed a new part & it wouldn't be in until Monday. it was a FridayChris went himself to Alabama & picked up the part so I wouldn't be without air conditioning. two hours later my unit was up and running. Anderson Air goes the extra mile for you or should I have said the extra 100 miles. Great company.

Sean drove over the bridge on Cristibol Sunday morning to diagnose our problem b/c he didn't want to endanger any of his emplyees going over the bridge in the storm. Class act! our compressor was dead and we chose to go with a new heat pump system.Lucas and Nick did our installation, and we couldn't be happier with them! They went above and beyond, and took their time to meet our specific needs. We had complained about how loud our prior system ran, and Lucas and Nick took extra steps to minimize the noise factor. That is just one example! They were so thorough! We cannot say enough how happy we are with our installation and how hard Lucas and Nick worked.Our first introduction to Anderson Air was with Chris, who is great too! He trained Zakari who is our great preventive maintenance tech.Sean has assembled an impressive team, and they will be our a/c company always!Pick them - you won't be sorry!

We came home to a warm house and a non-functioning air conditioner Saturday night. We also have an annual maintenance plan with Anderson Air. We called them and they came out early Sunday Morning and had us up and running. Come to find out the “service guy” this weekend is the owner who pulls weekend duty once a month just like his guys. Great service all year round and an extra dose of good service today. They already had a lifetime customer but they reconfirmed it today. Thank You!

@AndersonAirLLC are miracle workers. When a/c goes out in NW Florida even one minute without air-conditioning feels like forever. While the issue turned out to be a bit more complicated so multiple visits were necessary, the professionalism, kindness and overall feeling of caring was more than I could have imagined. There are not enough positive things to say about Anderson Air and their desire to put the customer first. Thank you for a great (albeit hot) not much cooler experience.

do the job right the 1st time and if not dont charge the 2nd time for there Screw up cost me 410.00 to fix a leak after saying on day 1 i didnt have one .RIP OFF BE CAREFUL wanted to charge more but i put up a big fuss

While it’s never fun to have to deal with A/C issues - our experience with Anderson Air was great. I knew from previous experience of them taking care of my mom’s last year that they would be the ones to call when we found our upstairs unit was leaking. I reached out to Sean and he sent a couple of his team (Chris and Chris) to assess the situation. They did a great job of finding that we had a busted coil and explained all the scenarios available to us. We decided to replace the busted coil so they ordered a new one for us and had it replaced in a matter of days. We were not in an emergency situation but I know if we had been, they would have done all the could to get us up and going right away. From initial contact to payment all interactions were enjoyable (as much as paying for stuff like that can be!). Thank you Sean- you have a fantastic team - from the guys that came to our home to the nice lady who took my payment.

Our A/C call it quits at the hottest time(start of summer). Anderson Air was quick with there response, Sean came out and he and his team accessed our home and worked with us to find the replacement unit we needed. Not only did they schedule a replacement day that was acceptable Sean also installed a curtesy window unit to ensure we were comfortable. Lucas and Alex arrived to do the removal of old unit and new install, professional from beginning to end with complete explanation of installed unit. Great guys, great customer service.

We are very happy with the Bryant Evolution system that Anderson Air installed in 2014. We take advantage of their maintenance program which consists of two inspections per year, to make sure that our unit is running efficiently. Shawn and Chris saved us! Our heat went out during the coldest week in Pensacola. Our house quickly became cold - at 9pm at night Chris came over, Shawn followed .. the blower went out. We had the option of new unit ( ours is very old) or replace blower , but who knows how long that would run before dying out again. We decided on a new unit. The next morning it was 50 degrees in our downstairs. Shawn came back out first thing that morning and found us a blower that they would install till the new unit could be installed. WE HAD HEAT AGAIN!!! We only were out of heat for about 15 hours and because of Shawn and Chris we were warm again. I can’t say enough about these guys. In a world where you feel like you can’t trust anyone, I feel good about the service and advice that is given to us through Anderson Air. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Shawn installed our new AC unit 7 years ago and we are glad we chose Anderson Air.He and his staff are professional and so friendly! His response time to the few times we have needed service over 7 years, has been immediate. We needed service this past weekend and although this is their busiest season, Shawn had his employee James there within a couple of hours. I can't say enough great things about Anderon Air, and Mr. And Mrs. Andetson and the techs. We have had issues with our central unit since April. Anderson Air has always been prompt, efficient, and rectifies each repair need on this 5 yr old unit purchased from a different company. One night recently in a panic, i called after hours. The unit had just had a part replaced, and the house eas all of a sudden unbearable I take care of my 95 yr old father and the heat would have been brutal overnight. Sean and his wife discussed and 5 minutes layet, he called to say he was on the way! He found ot to be something unrelated to any of the other ossues, fixed it, and did not charge ud! It was a major blessing, and I was ALREADY very pleased with the company. I would have posted this earlier, however Dad has been in tje hospital 3 times on the last few weeks. This company will take care to make sure you get the finest service i would never rely on anyone bit Anderson Air. Thank you, Mr. And Mrs. Anderson and staff for all your kindness and help.
