A neighbor recommended Anderson Air after their positive experience. And now I have a positive review of my own. Our old HVAC system needed to be replaced. Sean, the owner, came out to assess the property, determine what our system needs were going to be and provide a quote. He did a good job of explaining and answering questions without being pushy. I ended up getting a very fair and comparable estimate, and arrangements were made for installation. Even though we were due for a big storm the day of installation the technicians- Lucas, Ian, and Carl still came out to work on putting in the new HVAC. They really worked hard to get it done, were polite, and cleaned up as they went. My old house had some complications, and they took the time to explain the electrical situation and work around a tight attic space. After the installation was complete they went over the new smart thermostat and came back the next day to ensure everything was running smoothly and put back in place due to the storm shortening their day previously. I highly recommend Anderson Air and will certainly use them for maintenance and future HVAC needs.

Lucas, Carl and Nick were outstanding. They were super professional, super curious and so so very considerate in every action taken in our home. Both Carl and Lucas took time and explained all aspects of our installation and did an excellent tutorial on our new WiFi thermostat. I reached out to Anderson Air LLC for help in addressing issues with my AC Ducts in my attic.Chis came out for a look, was professional and talked to me about the option I wanted. After re-evaluating based on needs, we agreed that the best value would be a total replacement of my attic ducts.We scheduled a date for the replacement that was accommodating to my schedule (I had to re-schedule last second and they had no issues at all).Lucas, Carl, and Nick came out on the date and was very efficient in getting the job done and allowed me to look at the finished work before they were on the way.I was very impressed and will be recommending friends and family to give Anderson Air a call when the time comes!

Anderson Air does a phenomenal job! I use them for all of my ac needs. They do bi-annual maintenance for me, and when I had a weekend emergency, they came out within 1 hour of me calling. Most recently, Lucas and his team (Phillip, Nick and Carl) came to do a full ac pull, pan replacement and deck replacement. They were prompt, very courteous, explained everything to me and cleaned up after themselves. Pricing is very fair as well. The ladies in the office are great as well!!

I had an amazing experience with Anderson Air. I can't thank them enough. Everyone on their team responded quickly; gave me options to choose from; showed up on time; made sure i understood what they were doing; and how long to expect it to take.Whether you are talking to Kristen or Susan on the phone, or working with the owner Sean, EVERYONE is friendly and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable about resolving your AC problems.Sean came to look at our 2 AC units that were close to 40 years old. I can’t say enough great things about this business. The AC went out and Sean was out here immediately. He diagnosed the problem, spent a lot of time answering my questions, and got the problem fixed right away. I needed a new unit because mine was so old and already had every bandaid fix possible by another company. Anderson was recommended to me by a good friend and I am so happy that I listened to his advice. As a Veteran himself, Sean was good enough to give me a Veteran discount. The crew that came to do the install were Lucas, Carl and Nick. They could not have been any more professional and knowledgeable. They were all truly impressive. I was also very happy with the rest of the staff I dealt with, to include Susan, who was just so friendly and helpful whenever I called. I am so impressed with this business and give them my highest recommendation.Update: After the AC was fixed, the AC in my own home went out just days later! (The AC that was originally fixed is my home, but not my main residence). I called, and Sean showed up in less than an hour and fixed it. Then, I needed documentation to submit to my home warranty company, and Kristen was just so sweet and helpful. Again, I just can’t say enough good things about this company.

After struggling with my home warranty service, I called Anderson Air to come out and fix my AC. Kristin, who answered the phone was one of the nicest people I've spoken with in a long time. She had a tech dispatched to my home within 15 minutes, and the tech arrived within 30 minutes. Zach was an absolute delight! He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, quick, friendly and a lifesaver. The repair was very affordable and I'm having the owner, Sean, come out and give me an estimate on a new unit. The installers at Anderson air are top notch. I had my heat pump/AC replaced on 8/24 and they were on time, professional and expedient in the installation. The installers were here by 8:00 and out by 1:00 including removal of the old system, installation of a new system and clean up. Great job by Anderson Air.

We have had great experiences with Anderson Air over the past few weeks. Zack serviced our old AC unit and gave me solid information about our options for continued service as well as for potential replacement. Sean came out shortly after to give us a replacement estimate, which we decided to go ahead with. Both gentlemen were highly professional and knowledgeable. Our most recent appointment was with Lucas, Carl, and Nick, who replaced our old unit. All three were friendly and professional and did a great job! Fantastic Company! Staff was extremely nice. They went above and beyond to get our AC working again. Scheduled a Saturday appointment and instead came within 2 hours of calling on a Friday. Our AC had stopped working and we'd tried all the quick fixes. Lucas from Anderson Air Pensacola.was able to come by within a couple of hours, checked several potential problems, and explained everything and how it related to the AC, which was really helpful and respectful. Most techs don't bother. So grateful for the education! Anderson's prices were reasonable and fair, every cost explained clearly as well. We're new to the area, but we've found our HVAC company! They corrected several issues they found like broken drains, electrical issues, poor gas ventilation etc. and did not change the quoted price. Kudos to Anderson Heating & Air for the wisdom to see the value of surrounding themselves with quality, courteous and knowledgeable technicians.Had our 21 year old air handler making a dreadful noise hence the call to Anderson’s. Scheduled service call for the following day, requesting the same tech, from a service call of a year ago, if possible, because of the impression he had made.Chris Wilcox did indeed arrive and as usual continued to be a great steward for Anderson. He took great effort to explain my options and patiently listened to my questions and gave me heartfelt advises. Want to or not I was going to replace my air handler, yes, my wife convinced me but Chris gave us the pros & cons.Fortuitously, Anderson was able to schedule install for the following morning, early. Was at first concerned that Chris would not be involved with install but he did reassure me that the Install Department was in fact outstanding.Lucas and Carl were able to rip out old unit, rebuild the closet and install the new unit in about 4 hours, notwithstanding their continuous interruptions by me for explanations that were met with informed, earnest answers.Came to understand that Chris Wilcox is in fact Service Mgr and Lucas is head of the Installation Dept , and Carl, after having worked with Chris in Service was now gaining experience In Installation. What is not to like about these bright employees with a plan?Yes, I know I have said too much, yet I haven’t said enough. We called Anderson Air to get information on installing either a new a/c unit or dual fuel heat pump after getting our neighbor’s recommendation from their satisfaction with their heat pump Anderson Air installed for them 5 years earlier. Sean, owner, came out same afternoon we called to answer all our questions. We decided to get the dual fuel heat pump and they came out a week later to install. Installation took only half a day. Lucas and Carl were so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient during installation. Lucas went over the thermostat control and the mobile phone app to be sure we understood how to program and gave his recommendations on the settings. Carl gave us maintenance information for us to do in between seasonal maintenance that Anderson Air will come out do twice a year. The heat pump cooled our home immediately and took the humidity right out of the house. The unit inside and outside is so quiet it is amazing! I have used this company multiple times. I was in a panic last year (Tenant, August heat and Friday 3pm, no AC…you get my drift) and forgot to call them for that AC job. Boy was that a mistake! The other company was trying to charge me $1,500 (Lee heating and air) for a condenser fan motor!! I got mad and remembered to call Andersons…they came out within the hour, didn’t charge over time and fixed the REAL problem (computer board) for under $400. I have used them for 2 houses I have sold recently (home inspection stuff) and 2 houses I currently property manage. Anyone that owns a property management company, is a landlord, sells real estate, etc should considered using Andersons for all their HVAC work. It has always been a pleasure!

I called Anderson Air after my tenant called with a HVAC problem. The original installers apparently are not in business anymore. I reviewed who to use on the Pensacola Fishing Forum (defacto Angies List) and found Anderson Air! They took my info, listened to the issues, and dispatched a tech, Chris Wilcox, to the house. Chris diagnosed the problem and found a few other issues (improperly installed thermostat, improper wire size to unit) and repaired them to my satisfaction. Chris was very honest and earned my trust. I will definitely use Anderson Air for my future needs! They even gave me a military discount!

I have used Anderson Air two times in the past 6 months! Anderson air is quick, professional, and answers all my questions. They do not try to "up-sell" you on anything (like the prior company who came out)First time was to replace a board in the condenser.This time a darn squirrel chewed threw the drain line to my AC. The drain line is located on the outside of my house, coming through the second story. Chris Wilcox is fantastic. He was able to fish the line out that fell down into the attic area and repair it. He also recommended that they install a metal line set (covers the HVAC lines and the hole in the side of the house) to protect the lines from future damage! Well worth the cost!!!They have a repeat customer with me!

When we built the current house. Anderson worked side by side Mitchell builder. Anderson ac, place the Drain line in the slab. YES, IN THE SLAB. We continuously have backed up flow!! Condensation. Basically. Because Anderson didn't think of how the installation would affect the owner. In the future. I'm Thankful BARNES AC came to change what they could. The copper lines were below almost a foot. The tech had to dig a trench. Too find it. He did, he found the lines. They will Relocate the unit. We expect to always have these problems.Between the improper installing, & improper grading of the yard. We have standing water because of the irrigation.Thank you BARNES AC! For fixing what Anderson ac did incomplete. Or just not in the best manner for the homeowner.

Great service and outstanding professionalism by Anderson Air LLC in replacing our dying AC unit from 1997. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to find professional and respectful contractors these days but the quality of service and personnel at Anderson went above and beyond my expectations. Robert and Carl (?) were knowledgeable and helpful during the diagnostic appointment while Sean (owner) was patient and comprehensive in his explanation of our AC quote. You can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you'll be working with consummate professionals if you go with Anderson for your heating and air services.
