As part of Anderson Air’s services, we offer routine air conditioning maintenance to all of our clients. Having a standard maintenance agreement in-place will not only prevent any untimely mechanical problems but it gives you peace-of-mind knowing.

As with any mechanical device, maintenance is needed to keep your equipment operating efficiently. We believe that regular system tune-ups will reduce energy consumption while keeping your heating and cooling system operating at peak trouble-free efficiency.

There are several benefits to becoming a Planned Service Agreement customer:

Our  AC maintenance department  schedules appointments as early as 8:00 am until 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday. One of our customer service team members will call to remind you when it is time to schedule each appointment. Some of the points covered during inspections are:

• Check system for proper refrigerant charge
• Check compressor and fan amps
• Check and clean condenser coil and fan
• Check capacitors and inspect contractor points
• Clean inside of air handler cabinet
• Check all valves for seals and/or proper fit
• Check thermostat operation and mounting
• Check blower amps
• Check heat strip amps and circuit components
• Check/evaluate evaporator coil for buildup
• Check blower wheel for buildup
• Flush and vacuum drain line/pan and evaluate drainage
• Check float/pan safety switch operation
• Check for air leaks at the plenum
• Check all electrical connection and wires
• Treat AH/evap coil/case coil and plenum with Bio-Fresh CD
• Check final performance and report necessary improvements

Why can’t I find the correct size furnace filter at my local home improvement store?

The filter shipped with your Bryant unit is made from higher-quality materials than those of the disposable filters found in retail stores. For that reason, replacement Bryant filters can only be purchased through a Bryant dealer.

However, keep in mind that Bryant filters are reusable, and can be washed by hand in cold water.

What does my warranty cover?

Under the standard factory warranty, Bryant covers the parts, and your installer covers the labor. A warranty certificate was included with your homeowner information packet, and is specific to the model numbers, serial numbers and installation dates of your products. If you cannot find your warranty certificate, your Bryant dealer will also be able to provide you with the information.

Why is the SEER rating on the Energy Guide different than what my dealer quoted?

Each split system cooling unit has a nominal SEER rating. This rating can be increased with the upgrade of the indoor unit. Your dealer has access to the equipment specifications and can provide you with the actual combination rating for your system.
